The petitioner is an advocate appearing in person. He is a tenant.

The petitioner makes a statement that without notice and without any intimation, some people have reached to the house of the petitioner and they are trying to evict the family of the petitioner. It is pointed out that the daughter of the petitioner is one and half years old and in this rainy season, when today it is raining, it is difficult for the petitioner to shift to some other place. Accordingly, he asked for protection. Further, he undertakes to vacate in one week. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.08.2025.
