Heard Shri Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.09.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue), Government of Maharashtra, thereby cancelling the mining lease granted to the petitioner. 3.

Shri Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has invited our attention to the application dated 07.11.2022 which is at record page Nos. 65-72-Annexure-N. By virtue of the aforesaid application, the petitioner has requested the Hon'ble Minister to re-consider his decision and recall the order passed by him. Shri Singh, learned counsel, submits that the aforesaid application was submitted on 07.11.2022 and till this date, it has not been decided by the respondent no.1-Hon'ble Minister.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.1-Hon'ble Minister to decide the aforesaid application dated 07.11.2022 which is at record page no.65 (more particularly at record page No.66) on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

Decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 6.
