The petitioner is permitted to serve the remaining respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with the High Court Gazetted Officers' Association, Nagpur.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is on the verge of retirement and her husband is suffering from paralysis, the parties shall maintain status quo, till the next date.
