Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. (2) The Petitioner is working as a Primary Teacher at Zilla Parishad, Lohar Panchayat Samiti, Yavatmal. The Petitioner is considered as per the list of eligible candidates to be transferred, however, she made Representation dated 17/06/2025 to the Respondent No. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal with a request not to transfer the Petitioner, as the Petitioner falls under the category of Special Cadre 1 as per Clause (8.2) of the Government Resolution dated 23/03/2023.

(3) It is informed by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that no decision is taken on the above Representation of the Petitioner till date. ..

902wp4617.25 902wp4617.25 The Petitioner is on the verge of retirement, so also the husband of the Petitioner is suffering from 73% disability. The disability certificate of her husband is placed on record at Annexure-II. (4) In view thereof, we pass the following order:- (5) The Respondent No. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal is hereby directed to decide the Representation dated 17/06/2025 submitted by the Petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. (6) The Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal on 02/02/2026 along with copy of this order.
