The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions against the respondent No. 2 Accountant General to insert the name of daughter of petitioner namely Ku. Hirkani Bhaskar More in the Permanent Pension Order (PPO) as per the Government Resolution dated 08.10.2018. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the representation dated 05.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner to respondent No. 2 praying for the aforesaid relief. He further submits that the aforesaid representation is not yet decided neither the relief has been granted to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated

107.wp.4620.2025.odt 05.06.2024 (Annexure G) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioner undertakes to furnish the copy of this order to the respondent No.2.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of decision.

The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms. No order as to costs.
