It is contended that the Petitioner has moved an application for intervention in the suit on the ground that he has purchased the suit property from Defendant No.1 during the pendency of the suit i.e. on 12/1/2012. The Plaintiff, by filing reply to the said application, has given no objection to array the Petitioner as Defendant to the suit. In spite of that, by impugned order dated 27/9/2023, application is rejected by the learned trial court.
