Learned Advocate for respondent No.3/original complainant states that although vide order dated 13/10/2025 the petitioners were restrained from taking any policy decision, such policy decisions are being taken in breach of the said order passed by this Court. He intends to file affidavit with respect to the same by 21/01/2026.

Mr. Tidke, learned Advocate for the petitioners states that he will file counter affidavit on or before 28/01/2026.

List the petition for final hearing at the stage of admission on 05/02/2026.

Interim order to continue till the next date of hearing, however, the petitioners shall not take any policy decision.
