The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent no.4 by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by the next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rs.500/-(Rs.Five hundred) with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur.

In the meantime, the petitioners services shall not be replaced by other Ad hoc employees.
