Petitioner (s) is/are permitted to serve remaining respondent (s) by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner (s) shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur.

The petitioner is pressing for grant of stay on the ground that the impugned recovery is vitiated after the death of the husband of the petitioner. It is argued that the continuation of the inquiry after the death of husband of the petitioner is itself illegal and as such, the recovery will automatically go.
