2. command the respondent No.1/State of Maharashtra to issue draft notification in terms of the provisions of Section 341-A of the Act, 1965,

3. and/or direct the respondent No.1/State to take the decision on the proposal submitted by the respondent No.4/Municipal Council, Buldhana." Prity

From the Prayer No.1, it is evident that the grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal submitted by the Municipal Council, Buldhana, is not yet decided or no decision has been taken by the respondent No.1 on the said/same.

Accordingly, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the respondent No.1 is directed to take decision on the proposal of the Municipal Council dated 24.03.2021, which is the part of the petition and annexed at page 21 within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No.1 - State of Maharashtra, to take decision on the proposal of the Municipal Council dated 24.03.2021, within a period of four months from today.
