The contention is that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of the Career Advancement Scheme as provided under Government Resolution dated 06.02.2006. However, the respondents have not granted such benefit to the petitioner on the ground that the past continuous approved service rendered by the petitioner from 21.03.2012 to 07.05.2018 was in respondent No.7, from 07.05.2018 to 18.05.2022 was in respondent No.6 and from 19.05.2022 to 25.09.2023 was in respondent No.5- College, which are private un-aided college. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had preferred an application dated 09.10.2024 seeking grant of the benefit of the Career Advancement Scheme. MJ Jadhav
2/2 914-WP-4806-2025.odt The said application is at record page No.53 (Annexure-P-12). However, respondent No.4 - Gondwana University, Gadchiroli has not decided the said application of the petitioner. 4.
In view of the above, the petitioner has approached this Court.

Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to process the claim of the petitioner for grant of the benefit of the Career Advancement Scheme in accordance with Government Resolutions dated 06.02.2006 and 11.02.1994, as well as the UGC Notification dated 30.06.2010. 6.
The aforesaid respondents are further directed to consider the judgments of this Court rendered in Writ Petition No.6280/2016 and Writ Petition No.2664/2021. The aforesaid respondents shall take a decision on the aforesaid application dated 09.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 7.
The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
