It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs) towards one time settlement. However, respondent- Bank is not responding.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 04.09.2025.

Petitioner is permitted to serve respondent by private mode, in addition to the regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur. 5.

The petitioner is pressing for interim direction to the respondent not to take any coercive action in the meantime.

He further undertakes to deposit Rs.18,00,000/- within two weeks from the date of the order in this Court. 7.

Accordingly, respondent is directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner till returnable date, subject to deposit of Rs.18,00,000/- in this Court by the petitioner.
