Petitioner is permitted to serve the remaining respondents by private mode, in addition to the regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur.

In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to expedite the caste claim, as the petitioner is admitted to First year B.Tech. Course and the petitioner needs to submit the caste validity by tomorrow.

Considering that if the interim protection is not granted, the admission of the petitioner may be cancelled. 7.

We direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to cancel the admission of the petitioner till next date.
