The petitioner is claiming that she belongs to Mana Scheduled Tribe and is having validity certificate in favour of her real brother. The only limimted relief the petitioner is claiming that to issue direction to respondent No.1Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Chandrapur to decide the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously. In view thereof, the petition is allowed. 3.

The respondent No.1-Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Chandrapur is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks, which is pending with the respondent No.1 from the date of appearance.
