Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent.

By this petition, the petitioner has challenged an interim Order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Amravati in Complaint (ULP) No.85/2023 thereby, rejecting the application for stay to the impugned transfer order dated 19.07.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined at the transferred place, under protest and instead of pursuing challenge to the interim order, desires to contest the proceedings before the Industrial Court.

In view of above, the challenge to the interim order with respect to stay to the impugned transfer order is not dealt with by this Court. Considering that the main complaint is pending before the Industrial Court, it is in the interest of justice that the proceedings be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Industrial Court, Amravati to decide the Complaint (ULP) No.85/2023 expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today.

It is made clear that this Court has not decided the contentions on merits.
