In such backdrop and considering the prayer clauses in the petition, we are of the opinion that it would be appropriate in the interest of justice to dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent No.1 to treat the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and take decision thereupon within four weeks from the date of production of this order along with copy of this petition. 3.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1-Central Board of Secondary Education, Kharadi, Pune to treat the present writ petition as representation of the petitioner and take decision on the same after considering the prayer clauses in the petition within four weeks from the date of production of this order along with copy of writ petition. 4.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of petition as well as this order before the respondent No.1.
