On 15/09/2025 this Court had directed the respondent No.1Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Bhandara and respondent No.2-Superintendent, Pay & Provident Fund Unit (Education), Zilla Parishad, Bhandara to accept the current salary bills of approved employees under the signature of petitioner No.2. 3.

Shri A. Z. Jibhkate, learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the salary bills of the approved employees for the month of September 2025 were accepted. However, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have denied to accept the salary bills for the month of October 2025.

Smt S. S. Jachak, learned Additional Government Pleader makes a statement before this Court that she will instruct the respondent No.2 to accept the salary bills of the approved employees under the signature of petitioner No.2 for the current month of October 2025.
