The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the scanned copy of answer sheet pertaining to the examination of Civil Judge, Junior Division/Judicial Magistrate First Class Competitive Examination - 2022 was not supplied on the ground that the process was not completed. However, during the pendency of this petition, process is completed. 2.

Therefore, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in pursuance of the order dated 12/06/2025 passed by the First Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act. Further, liberty is sought from this Court to file appropriate proceeding if such occasion arises. 2.

Accordingly, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty as sought.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
