A prayer is made in this petition, seeking direction to the respondent No.1 - Collector, Chandrapur to decide the applications made by the petitioner for providing the liquor stock.

The learned AGP submits that within four weeks, such applications would be decided.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent No.1 - Collector, Chandrapur to decide the applications after hearing the petitioner within four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.1 - Collector on 10/09/2025.
