It is alleged that the petitioners are proposed to be transferred without there being any consideration that they have not completed five years of service at one station and some of them have completed only three months of service in view of Government Resolution dated 18/06/2024. 3.

There is no specific reason recorded in the impugned transfer orders indicating any specific contingency or circumstances warranting issuance of such transfer orders, which can be said to be mid term. To that extent, we are inclined to hold that a prima facie case is made out by the petitioners in their favour to consider the present petition and in the meanwhile to direct an order of status quo as on today. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30th September, 2025.

In the meanwhile and till the next date of listing, status quo as on today shall be maintained.
