The only relief claimed by the petitioner to decide his representations dated 03/05/2024 and 29/05/2024 request for transfer as per GR dated 21/06/2023 made to the respondent Nos.1 and 2. Hence, the petition is allowed. The respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Buldhana is directed to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 03/05/2024 and 29/05/2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order.
