After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners at length, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the present petition, at that juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners has requested for withdrawal of the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners further prayed to direct the concerned Court to decide the pending application. Accordingly, petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The concerned Court may consider the request of the petitioners in relation to pending application on its own merits.
