The petitioner is permitted to serve the remaining respondents by private mode in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.500/-(Rs. Five hundred) with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur.

In the meantime, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall not cancell the admission of the petitioner for non-submission of the validity certificate.
