(4) In addition to usual mode of service, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent No. 3 by any private mode of service available in law.

(5) It is the contention of the Petitioner that the Caste Scrutiny Committee, in spite of submission of the old documents showing tribe ..

(6) The Petitioner has secured admission in Government College of Engineering, Yavatmal. The said admission is subject to submission of validity certificate. It will not be possible to take up the matter today and decide the same. As such, list the matter for final hearing on 15/09/2025. The learned Counsel for the respective parties shall argue the matter on the next date without fail.

(7) In the meanwhile, the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are directed not to cancel the admission of the Petitioner for the reason of non-submission of the validity certificate till the disposal of the Writ Petition.
