The instant petition was filed on 17.06.2025 and thereafter, it was listed on 04.09.2025 and 11.03.2026, on which dates, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned. On 12.03.2026, observing repeated absence of the petitioner, this Court had passed the order, which is reproduced as under.

This petition was filed on 17.06.2025, challenging the order dated 22.04.2022, passed by the trial court.

After the petition was filed, the petitioner has not taken any steps to get the matter circulated and when the matter was listed on 04.09.2025, it was adjourned. Thereafter, on 11.03.2026, nobody appeared for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was again adjourned to 12.03.2026. It, thus, appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the instant petition. 3.

List the petition under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 17th March 2026.

Today also, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. It is, thus, clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
