Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4/State.

Considering the fact that despite repeated request made by the petitioners for shifting of a school and also considering the recommendations time to time given for such shifting, no action is taken for more than one year and after certain portion of the school building collapsed, the respondent authorities got activated and started issuing numerous letters to the petitioner-society and the school and the impugned show-cause notice is part of such action.

The earlier action of the respondents appointing administrator came to be stayed by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 3872 of 2025 (Gramodhar Vidya Prasarak Shikshan Sanstha, through its President, Nagpur and another .v/s. State of Maharashtra and others).

In the circumstances, we stay the effect, operation and execution of the show cause notice issued on 29.08.2025 by respondent No.2 through respondent No.4 till the next date of hearing.

In the meantime, it is expected that the respondentauthority shall also consider the request of the petitioners to shift the school at the place which is mentioned in the earlier applications seeking permission to shift the School. 8.
