Shri Mohgaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioners points out that, despite the stay granted to appointment of the Administrator, the respondent(s) authority, to harass the petitioners, are issuing various communications threatening to the petitioners of coercive action. The petitioners, therefore, want to file an affidavit bringing all the subsequent facts on record.

The petitioners are permitted to file affidavit stating the subsequent events. It is directed that the petitioners shall supply copy of such affidavit to the learned AGP for the State.

After supplying such copy of an affidavit, the learned AGP is expected to file on record an affidavit explaining the circumstances, in which, such letters were

We further direct the respondent(s) authority not to take any coercive action till next date. 5.
