Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

In the present writ petition a challenge is raised to the show cause notice dated 25.08.2025 issued by the Assistant Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Nagpur, under covering letter dated 29.08.2025, thereby seeking explanation from the petitioners as to why the recognition of the petitioner's school should not be cancelled permanently. 3.

Shri Mohgaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly states that detailed reply is filed to the said show cause notice and till date there is no decision on the same.

In the above backdrop, since the show cause notice has not been taken to its logical end though the reply is filed to the same, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to give effect to the order, if any, passed

902-A-WP-5085-2025.odt 2 pursuant to the show cause notice dated 25.08.2025, adverse to the interest of the petitioners for a period of fifteen days from the date of service of such order/decision on the petitioners.

We accordingly pass the following order:

(i) The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondentsauthorities not to give effect to the order, if any, passed adverse to the interest of the petitioners pursuant to the show cause notice dated 25.08.2025, for fifteen days from the date of service of such order/decision on the petitioners.

(ii) Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly. (iii) No order as to costs.
