Challenge is to the order dated 01.07.2025, passed by the Court of Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Achalpur, thereby reversing the order of injunction which was granted in favour of the petitioner/plaintiff, to restrain the respondents/ defendants from disturbing the possession of the petitioner/plaintiff over the suit property.
