By this petition the petitioners seek to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 21/08/2024 passed by respondent No.2-Education Officer (Sec.) Zilla Parishad, Akola . The petitioners also seek directions to respondent No.2 for grant of approval to the transfer of petitioner No.3 from unaided division to (100%) aided division with all consequential benefits of service.
