Heard Mr. S.S. Shingane, learned counsel for the petitioner.

His contention is that the petitioner-trust has submitted proposal for starting of school the respondent No.2 in view of the provisions of the Maharashtra Self-Finance Establishment and Regulation Act, 2012. According to him, respondent No.3 inspected the school and sent positive recommendation to the respondent No.2. He further request this Hon'ble Court that if the representation at page 18 is directed to be decided, his grievance could be redressed. Accordingly, we direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 20.02.2023 (page 18) within 12 weeks from today.
