Heard Mr. Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is his case that the respondent No.1 had published advertisement for recruitment on the post of "Multipurpose Health Worker", however, though 44 posts were for scheduled area only 9 candidates are found eligible and remaining 34 posts remaining vacant. In this backdrop, he has submitted a detailed representation at page 23, which was acknowledged by the respondents on 08.10.2024. In view of prayer made, Mr. Dhore, learned counsel submits that his representation may be directed to be decided. We direct the respondent No.2 to decide the representation at page 23, dated 07.10.2024 within a period of 8 weeks.

Needless to mention that the representation shall be decided on its own merits.
