Heard Mr. Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

His principal contention is that no objection certificate from Grampanchayat, Mandhal, was not taken and the CL-III license was transferred. According to him, he made a representation to respondent authority, but till this date, the representation is not decided. Accordingly, we direct that the representation submitted by the petitioner which was received by the respondent on 17.04.2025 (page 53) be decided within 8 weeks from today. The petition is disposed off. 3.

Needless to mention here that before deciding the representation, the respondent authority will grant opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties according to the provisions of law.
