It appears that just because the caste claims of Mahesh Santosh Ingale and Shivani Bhika Ingale have been invalidated by the Committee, the caste claims of the petitioners have been invalidated on the ground that Mahesh and Shivani are related to the petitioners. 3.

In this scenario, we direct the learned AGP to place a copy of the invalidation order of the caste claims of Manish and Shivani on record.
