Challenge is to the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the trial Court rejecting the petitioner's application for permission to file reply to the application under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 08.10.2025. 4.

In view of the controversy involved, in order to show his bona fides, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- in this Court within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

In view of pendency of this petition, the petitioner is permitted to file an application for adjournment before the trial Court. If the same is filed, the trial Court shall consider the same favourably.
