In short, it is his case that higher pay-scales and other consequential benefits were not granted to him. In order to buttress his contention, he has also relied upon the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4012/2011. He requests this Court that if the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 is directed to be decided by the respondent authorities, he will not press for the petition. In view thereof, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 of the petitioner within a period of 10 weeks from today in accordance with law.
