It is alleged that the petitioners are proposed to be transferred without there being any consideration that they have not complete five years of service at one station and some of them have completed only three months of service in view of Government Resolution dated 18/06/2024. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30/09/2025.

Learned AGP Mr.A.V.Palshikar waives notice for respondent No.1.

In the meanwhile and till the next date of listing, status quo as on today shall be maintained.
