One of the grounds of challenge is that opportunity of hearing was not given. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that respondent No.1 is willing to give opportunity of hearing. 03.

In view of above, the writ petition is partly allowed. 05.
The order dated 27/03/2025 i.e. Annexure-D is hereby quashed and set aside.
