Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition, the petitioner is claiming directions against respondent No.4-The State Common Enrance Test Cell to restore the petitioner's admission with Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research, Ravet, Pune in Scheduled Tribe Category till final outcome of the petitioner's tribe validity by respondent No.5. 3.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.4 that on cancellation of the admission, the post is converted into Open Category and accordingly, it is filled in. As such, at present, no interim relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner.

In view of this, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.5-The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for creating supernumerary post, however, it can be considered after decision of respondent No.5-The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati.

The respondent No.5-The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the respondent No.5-Committee.

The petitioner to appear before respondent No.5The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati on 16/09/2025.

The learned AGP to communicate the order of this Court to respondent No.5-The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati.

Authenticate copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
