Mr. M.M. Dandekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 seeks some time to place the documents on record which according to him are orders of the Charity Commissioner in pursuance to the litigation between the parties before the said Authority. He also seeks time to seek instructions as to whether he can appear for the remaining respondents.
