At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to carry out amendment in the cause title of the petition. 3.

Permission is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while blacklisting the petitioners, the principles of natural justice were not followed. In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 26.11.2025 6.
