Petitioner wife has challenged the order passed by the Family Court granting maintenance pendente lite in favour of the husband for an amount of Rs. 5000/- per month to be paid from the date of application.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after two weeks. 4.

Mr. Janbandhu, learned Advocate who appears on Caveat waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent. 5.

The respondent is directed to file his affidavit in reply on or before the next date and categorically stating the steps taken for securing employment and the details of proceedings pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In the meantime, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner based on impugned order dated 17-07-2025. (Prafulla S. Khubalkar , J.
