Petitioner's challenge is to the Point No.3 of the order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the respondent no.2-Collector, Gadchiroli thereby holding that the term of Gram Panchayat Gatta, Taluka Etapalli, District Gadchiroli has come to an end on 26.02.2023. The petitioner has raised challenge to this declaration on several grounds raised in the writ petition.

In view of this, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 14.10.2025.

At this stage, no interim relief.
