The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned communication dated 11/12/2024 issued by respondent No.3 thereby directing the petitioner to get fresh online disability certificate by undergoing all the tests of disability. 3.

The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had already undergone the aforesaid tests and the disability certificate was already issued by the Medical Board of General Hospital, Chandrapur on 13/03/2008.

The petitioner also relies upon the decision of the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.9525/2023 (Sampat Tarachand Adhe and ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors.) dated 03/08/2023.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03/10/2025.

In addition to regular mode, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by all modes, as permissible in law.
