Heard Mr. Kshirsagar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks to challenge the impugned transfer order dated 21.08.2025 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal. The contention is that the aforesaid transfer is a mid term transfer and prima facie in the violation of the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024. The petitioner also relies upon his representation wherein he has pointed out the medical reason of his father who is 80 years old and has undergone heart surgery and is a handicapped.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03.10.2025.

Ms. Kavita H. Bhondge, the learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No.1/State.

In addition to usual mode of service, the

We are inclined to hold that a prima facie case is made out by the petitioner in his favour to consider the present petition and in the meanwhile to direct an order of stay to the impugned transfer order, till the returnable date.
