In the present petition, the petitioner challenges his mid-term transfer process taken up by the respondent No.2Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Yavatmal and the respondent No.1-Rural Development Department for on-line transfer process in primary school, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur for the year 2025-26. There was interim relief granted to the petitioners by staying the impugned transfer order. It appears that there is representation dated 12/09/2025 filed by the petitioners for exemption from transfer. The learned counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad Yavatmal submits that the petition can be disposed of with direction to decide their representation for exemption from transfer process if KHUNTE
947-wp5471.25-1.odt 2/2 undertaken by the respondent-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Yavatmal. As such, we pass the following order.
ORDER
(i) The petition is partly allowed.
(ii) The respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Yavatmal shall decide the representation dated 12/09/2025, filed by the petitioners within a period of six weeks.
(iii) Till the decision on petitioner's representation, they shall not be disturbed from the post, which they are holding at present.
(iv) The petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
