In all these matters certain conditions of tenders are challenged on the ground that they are tailormade and made to favours certain bidders. It is Prity

2 / 2 903.5475.2025 argued that the conditions are unreasonable, arbitrary and malafide.

Thus, considering the challenged raised in these writ petitions, we are of the opinion that the reply of the respondent is necessary. Furthermore considering that the matter relates to tender, we are intending to hear the matters and dispose of the same at the stage of admission. Accordingly, place these matters on 26.09.2025 for final disposal.

Since we are of the opinion that no prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if the petitioners are allowed to submit their bid, we direct the respondent to accept the bid, if the petitioners submit online as well as by physical mode. Such submission of bid by the petitioners will be subject to the result of these petitions. The petitioners will not claim equity.

Further, it is directed to the respondents that the bids shall not be opened until further orders. 5.

The authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
