The Excel Sheet filed along with the petition shows the reasons for disqualification of the petitioner from the tender process.

The conditions at Sr. No. 5, 6, 7 and 13 as mentioned in the sheet are alleged to have not complied with.

Whereas, the petitioner while arguing on the interim relief has prima facie pointed out that, all the relevant documents fulfilling condition nos. 5, 6, 7 and 13 were enclosed and are the part of the tender documents submitted by the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, we issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03/10/2025.

Shri N.S.Rao, learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondent nos. 1 to 4.

The petitioner(s) is/are permitted to serve the respondent no. 5 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner(s) shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with the High Court Gazetted Officers' Association, Nagpur.

In the meantime, the respondents are directed not to issue any work order till next date.
