The petitioners contend that their appointment has been duly approved by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, vide order dated 1st October 2016. The petitioners further contend that they have been duly granted Shalarth ID and the Pay Scale as per the 7th Pay Commission. However, when the Management submitted their pay bills for March and April, 2025, respondent No. 3 - Superintendent, Pay and Provident Fund Unit, Primary Education, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, returned the bills, seeking verification of how the Shalarth ID was granted to the petitioners.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10th October, 2025.

Mr. Shaikh Majid, learned counsel, waives notice on behalf of respondent No.2.

The petitioners contend that despite the due approval and grant of Shalarth ID and Pay Scale, they have not received their salary since March 2025. This fact is undisputed, as they are even today working in the School. 7.

Therefore, in the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (d) till the returnable date.
