Heard Mr. Saxena, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner husband has challenged the order passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhandara, granting maintenance pendente lite to the wife at the rate of Rs. 3000/- per month. 3.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is passed without there being affidavit of assets and liabilities filed by any of the parties and the Court was not empowered to pass orders of interim maintenance.

In order to show his bonafides, the petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears of maintenance as directed by impugned order dated 18-11-2024.

The amount of arrears be deposited in this Court within three weeks.
6.
Stand over after three weeks.
